Galaxy S8 Active has a score of 81.9, which is a bit better than Apple iPhone 6's 79.2 general score. The Galaxy S8 Active design is a lot newer, but extremely thicker and incredibly heavier than Apple iPhone 6. Galaxy S8 Active and Apple iPhone 6 have extremely similar CPUs, because although the Apple iPhone 6 has a smaller amount of RAM and an inferior number of cores, it also counts with a graphics processing unit and a 64 bits processing unit.
Apple iPhone 6 counts with a display that is very similar to Samsung Galaxy S8 Active's display, although the Apple iPhone 6 has a little bit smaller display, a lot worse pixels density and a much lower 1334 x 750 resolution. Galaxy S8 Active captures a little bit better videos and photos than iPhone 6, because it has a bigger back camera sensor taking higher quality photographs, a way better (4K) video definition, a much larger aperture for better low-light photography and videos and a way higher 12 megapixels resolution back-facing camera.
Galaxy S8 Active has just a bit bigger storage to store more apps and games than Apple iPhone 6, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB. Galaxy S8 Active counts with a superior battery life than Apple iPhone 6, because it has a 121% greater battery size.
Although Samsung Galaxy S8 Active is a better device, it costs a lot more than the iPhone 6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the iPhone 6. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, otherwise you can save some money and get the iPhone 6, letting go some features and specs.
