Comparison review
IPhone 6s has an overall score of 83, which is a little bit better than Galaxy S8 Active's overall score of 81.9. Although the iPhone 6s is older than the Galaxy S8 Active, it's construction is way lighter and way thinner. Apple iPhone 6s features a screen that is very similar to the screen in Galaxy S8 Active, although the Apple iPhone 6s has a much lower resolution of 1334 x 750, a lot less pixels per inch in the display and a quite smaller display.
Samsung Galaxy S8 Active has a bit bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than iPhone 6s, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB. The Apple iPhone 6s has a little bit better processing power than Galaxy S8 Active, because although it has a lower number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with an additional GPU and a 64-bits CPU.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 Active takes clearer photographs and videos than iPhone 6s, and although they both have the same video frame rates, the same 3840x2160 video resolution and a same resolution back-facing camera, the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active also has a larger camera sensor taking higher quality pictures and videos and a much bigger camera aperture.
Galaxy S8 Active has a much better battery lifetime than iPhone 6s, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 1715mAh.
Although Apple iPhone 6s is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy S8 Active, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy S8 Active. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Apple iPhone 6s, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy S8 Active, resigning some specs and features.
