Comparison review
Apple iPhone 6s Plus has an overall score of 84.2, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy S8 Active's score of 81.9. Even though the Apple iPhone 6s Plus is older than Galaxy S8 Active, it's design is extremely thinner and a bit lighter. The Apple iPhone 6s Plus features just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy S8 Active, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and less and slower cores, it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit and a 64-bits processor.
The Apple iPhone 6s Plus features a slightly better screen than Galaxy S8 Active, although it has a lot less pixels per inch of display, a little smaller display and a way lower resolution of 1920 x 1080. The Samsung Galaxy S8 Active captures clearer photographs and videos than iPhone 6s Plus, and although they both have a camera with a 12 mega-pixels resolution, the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active also has a bigger back camera sensor and a way bigger diafragm aperture to take better captures in poorly lited situations.
The Galaxy S8 Active counts with a bit bigger storage for apps and games than iPhone 6s Plus, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external memory card slot that holds up to 256 GB. Galaxy S8 Active has a really longer battery lifetime than Apple iPhone 6s Plus, because it has a 45% more battery size.
Although Apple iPhone 6s Plus is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy S8 Active, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy S8 Active. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Apple iPhone 6s Plus, else you can save some money and buy the Galaxy S8 Active, resigning some features and specs.
