The Apple iPhone X has a global score of 88.1, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active's 81.9 global score. Apple iPhone X's body is a lot thinner and lighter than Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, even when they were released with only a couple of months difference. IPhone X counts with a screen that is just as good as the screen in Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, and although the iPhone X has a much lower resolution of 1125 x 2436px and a just a little less pixels per display inch, they both have a display of the same size.
Apple iPhone X has a much bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy S8 Active, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity. Apple iPhone X features a little bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, because although it has a lower number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a 64-bits processor.
The iPhone X counts with a bit better camera than Galaxy S8 Active, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture and a smaller back-facing camera sensor capturing less light and dull colors, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and a 12 megapixels back camera, the iPhone X also counts with higher video frame rate.
