The Galaxy S8 Active features a much better looking screen than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better pixel count per inch in the display and a way better resolution of 1440 x 2960px. Huawei Mate 8 features a better storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S8 Active, because although it has an external SD slot that allows up to 128 GB against 256 GB, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage.
The Galaxy S8 Active takes slightly better photographs and videos than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a back facing camera with a way lower resolution, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture to take better low light photography and a lot higher video definition. The Huawei Mate 8 has a battery life that is very similar to the battery lifetime in Galaxy S8 Active.
