The Galaxy S8 Active design is newer, but incredibly heavier and notably thicker than the Moto Z Force. The Samsung Galaxy S8 Active features a bit more vivid display than Motorola Moto Z Force, because it has a slightly better resolution of 1440 x 2960px, a just a little more pixels per display inch and a little bit bigger screen.

The Moto Z Force has a superior memory capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Moto Z Force also has a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. Samsung Galaxy S8 Active has just a little better battery lifetime than Moto Z Force, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3500mAh.
