Comparison review
Galaxy S8 Active has a global score of 81.9, which is just a bit better than Galaxy A6's general score of 75.8. Despite being the best phone in this comparison, it must be noted that it is also an older, a lot thicker and a lot heavier phone. The Samsung Galaxy S8 Active counts with a much sharper screen than Galaxy A6, because it has a much higher 1440 x 2960px resolution, a way higher pixels quantity per inch of screen and a quite bigger screen.
Galaxy S8 Active features a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy A6, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy S8 Active also has a greater amount of RAM. Galaxy S8 Active counts with a little bit better camera than Galaxy A6, because although it has a camera in the back with lot less megapixels resolution, and they both have the same aperture, the Galaxy S8 Active also counts with a lot higher video definition and a bigger back camera sensor providing a better image quality.
Galaxy S8 Active counts with a greater storage to install games and applications than Galaxy A6, because although it has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 256 GB against 400 GB, it also counts with 32 GB more internal storage. Galaxy S8 Active counts with greater battery duration than Galaxy A6, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity against 3000mAh.
Although Galaxy S8 Active is a better device, it is way more expensive than Samsung Galaxy A6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy A6. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy S8 Active, else you can save some dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy A6, letting go some features and specs.
