Comparison review
Galaxy S8 Active is a bit better than the Galaxy A70, getting a score of 81.9 against 76.9. Despite being the best in this comparison review, the Galaxy S8 Active is an older, heavier and way thicker phone than Galaxy A70. The Galaxy S8 Active has a bit superior CPU than Galaxy A70, although it has lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 Active has a brighter screen than Galaxy A70, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2960 resolution and a better display pixel density. Samsung Galaxy S8 Active has a much better camera than Galaxy A70, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the same video definition and a F1.7 aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active also has a bigger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
The Galaxy A70 has much more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, because it has 128 GB internal storage and an external memory slot that admits up to 512 GB. The Galaxy A70 features a bit longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S8 Active, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
