Comparison review
Galaxy S20 FE is better than Galaxy S8 Active, having a global score of 90.8 against 81.9. The Galaxy S20 FE is a noticeably newer cellphone, and it is also a little lighter and somewhat thinner than Galaxy S8 Active. The Galaxy S20 FE features a bit superior processor than Galaxy S8 Active, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy S20 FE also has a greater amount of RAM.
Galaxy S8 Active features a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher pixel density and a better 1440 x 2960 resolution. Galaxy S20 FE captures clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy S8 Active, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low-light images and video, and they both have the same resolution camera and the same video quality, the Galaxy S20 FE also counts with a much bigger camera sensor and better 60 frames per second video frame rates.
Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has a much better storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy S8 Active, because it has 128 GB internal memory and a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 1000 GB. The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE counts with just a bit longer battery life than Galaxy S8 Active, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy S8 Active, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy S8 Active. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy S8 Active, resigning some specifications.
