Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S8 Active is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, having a general score of 81.9 against 76.6. Although it's the best in this review, it must be told that it is also way older, somewhat thicker and just a bit heavier. The Galaxy S8 Active features a brighter screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2960 resolution and more pixels per inch of screen.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 Active features a little better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active also has a higher amount of RAM. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a better camera than Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also counts with a much larger back camera sensor which gives a much higher photo and video quality and a way more mega-pixels back-facing camera.
Samsung Galaxy S8 Active has just a bit more storage for applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active also has an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has improved battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, because it has a 5020mAh battery size against 4000mAh.
The Galaxy S8 Active is not only the best phones in our comparison, but it's also cheaper than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9.
