Comparison review

The iPhone 6s Plus is a bit better than the Galaxy S8, getting an 84.2 score against 81.7. IPhone 6s Plus is an older and heavier phone than Galaxy S8, but Apple made it a bit thinner anyway. The Apple iPhone 6s Plus features a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S8, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and 6 less and slower CPU cores, it also counts with an additional GPU and a 64-bits CPU.

The iPhone 6s Plus has a slightly better looking display than Galaxy S8, although it has a much lower 1920 x 1080 resolution, a lot worse pixels density and a quite smaller display. The Galaxy S8 shoots slightly better photos and videos than iPhone 6s Plus, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition, a camera in the back with a 12 mega-pixels and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Galaxy S8 also has a larger sensor providing a better image quality and a much bigger aperture to take better low light photography.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 features just a bit bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than iPhone 6s Plus, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 256 GB. The Samsung Galaxy S8 counts with a bit better battery life than iPhone 6s Plus, because it has a 3000mAh battery capacity.

Although iPhone 6s Plus is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy S8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy S8. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy the Galaxy S8, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
