Comparison review
The Apple iPhone XS is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S8, getting a overall score of 84.2 against 81.7. Even though the Apple iPhone XS is heavier than Samsung Galaxy S8, it's just a little bit thinner and newer. IPhone XS and Samsung Galaxy S8 feature really similar displays, and although the iPhone XS has a much lower 1125 x 2436px resolution and a bit lower display pixel density, they both have a same size display.
The iPhone XS features a superior hardware performance than Galaxy S8, because although it has 2 lesser CPU cores , and they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the iPhone XS also counts with a 64-bits CPU. IPhone XS counts with a little bit better camera than Galaxy S8, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a 12 mega-pixels camera in the back and a 0.39 inches back-facing camera sensor, the iPhone XS also counts with higher video frame rate.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 counts with a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than iPhone XS, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy S8 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB. Samsung Galaxy S8 counts with a little better battery duration than iPhone XS, because it has a 3000mAh battery size.
Although iPhone XS is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy S8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy S8. If you want to save some money, you can get Galaxy S8, giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
