Galaxy S8 has a global score of 81.7, which is a little bit better than Google Pixel 3's 80 general score. Galaxy S8 is a a little heavier device than Google Pixel 3, but they are 0.31inches thick. The Samsung Galaxy S8 has a little more vivid display than Google Pixel 3, because it has a little larger screen, a better screen pixel density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2960px.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 counts with a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games than Google Pixel 3, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy S8 also has a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 256 GB. Google Pixel 3 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S8. Both have 4 GB of RAM memory and the same number of cores.
The Galaxy S8 features a bit better battery duration than Google Pixel 3, because it has a 3% greater battery capacity. Google Pixel 3 features a camera that's very similar to Galaxy S8's camera, because although the Google Pixel 3 has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same video frame rates, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a 0.39 inches back-facing camera sensor, it also counts with a back camera with a better resolution.
Samsung Galaxy S8 costs a bit more than the Google Pixel 3, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
