Galaxy S8 has a global score of 81.7, which is a bit better than the Huawei P30 Lite's general score of 77. The Galaxy S8 construction is just a little bit lighter than the Huawei P30 Lite, but it's a little bit thicker and was released many years before. Galaxy S8 counts with a bit more vivid display than Huawei P30 Lite, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a better screen density and a better 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution.
Galaxy S8 features a bit more powerful processor than Huawei P30 Lite. They have 4 GB of RAM and the same number of cores. The Huawei P30 Lite has a much bigger storage for games and applications than Galaxy S8, because it has a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 512 GB and 128 GB internal storage.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 counts with a slightly better camera than Huawei P30 Lite, because although it has a lot worse resolution camera and a lot tinier camera sensor shooting lot worse quality videos and images, it also counts with a larger camera aperture for better photos in low-light environments and a much higher (4K) video definition.
