Comparison review

The Galaxy S8 has an overall score of 81.7, which is a bit better than LG G3's 76.4 score. Galaxy S8's body is newer and thinner than LG G3's, although it's also a little bit heavier. The LG G3 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S8, because although it has 1 GB less RAM and less cores (although they are faster), it also counts with an extra graphics processor.

LG G3 features a better screen than Samsung Galaxy S8, although it has a bit worse pixels density, a quite smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The Galaxy S8 captures a little bit better pictures and videos than LG G3, because although it has a worse 3840x2160 video definition and a back facing camera with lesser megapixels resolution, it also counts with a larger back-facing camera sensor shooting higher quality pictures and a lot bigger aperture to capture better low light images.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 counts with a lot bigger memory capacity for games and applications than LG G3, because it has 32 GB more internal memory and an external memory slot that admits up to 256 GB. The LG G3 counts with a battery performance that's just as good as the battery duration in Galaxy S8.

Samsung Galaxy S8 costs a bit more money than LG G3, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
