Galaxy S8 is a bit better than LG Q70, getting a general score of 81.7 against 77.9. Although the Galaxy S8 is notably older than LG Q70, it's design is just a little thinner and lighter. The Samsung Galaxy S8 counts with a better looking display than LG Q70, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per inch of screen and a better resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels.
LG Q70 has a superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S8, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the LG Q70 also has a SD extension slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. The Galaxy S8 features a bit superior processor than LG Q70. They have the same RAM amount and 8 CPU cores.
LG Q70 counts with just a bit better camera than Galaxy S8, because although it has a tinier sensor which gives a worse image and video quality and a smaller camera aperture which is worse for low light photos and videos, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the LG Q70 also counts with a way more MP camera in the back.
LG Q70 has greater battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S8, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
Despite of being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, Galaxy S8 is also a lot cheaper, which makes it an obvious call.
