Comparison review

LG V30S ThinQ has a general score of 82.5, which is slightly better than the Galaxy S8's 81.7 overall score. The LG V30S ThinQ is a newer and just a bit thinner device than the Galaxy S8, but it is also a bit heavier. The Galaxy S8 has a little sharper display than LG V30S ThinQ, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit greater screen density and a little higher resolution of 1440 x 2960.

LG V30S ThinQ has a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S8, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the LG V30S ThinQ also has a larger amount of RAM. The LG V30S ThinQ counts with a lot bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy S8, because it has more internal storage capacity and a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.

LG V30S ThinQ has just a bit better battery duration than Galaxy S8, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity. LG V30S ThinQ counts with a little bit better camera than Galaxy S8, because although it has a tinier sensor which gives a lower photo and video quality, and they both have the same video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the LG V30S ThinQ also counts with a camera in the back with way more mega-pixels and a bigger diafragm aperture for better low light photography and video.

Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it costs a lot more than Samsung Galaxy S8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy S8. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the Samsung Galaxy S8, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your savings.
