Comparison review
Galaxy S8 is slightly better than the Galaxy A30, having an 81.7 score against 79.6. The Galaxy S8 is an older and just a little bit thicker cellphone than the Galaxy A30, but Samsung managed to build it a little lighter anyway. Galaxy S8 features a little better performance than Galaxy A30. Both have the same number of cores and a 4 GB RAM memory.
Galaxy S8 features a brighter display than Galaxy A30, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2960px resolution and a better display pixel density. Samsung Galaxy A30 counts with a slightly bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S8, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy A30 also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
The Galaxy S8 takes a bit better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy A30, because although it has a back camera with a way lower 12 MP resolution, and they both have a F1.7 camera aperture, the Galaxy S8 also counts with a larger sensor and a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality. The Galaxy A30 counts with improved battery life than Galaxy S8, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
