Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy A50 is just a bit better than the Galaxy S8, with an 83.8 score against 81.7. Samsung Galaxy A50 is a newer and just a bit thinner phone than the Galaxy S8, but it is also just a little heavier. Galaxy S8 features a little bit better screen than Galaxy A50, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the screen and a better resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels.

The Galaxy A50 counts with a processing unit that's just as good as the processor in Galaxy S8, both of them have a Octa-Core processor and the same RAM amount. Galaxy A50 shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy S8, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor which provides a worse image and video quality, and they both have the same video frame rates, the same video definition and the same diafragm aperture, the Galaxy A50 also counts with a way higher 25 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera.

Galaxy A50 has a way bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S8, because it has more internal storage and a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy A50 counts with improved battery duration than Galaxy S8, because it has a 33 percent larger battery size.

Although Galaxy A50 is a better device, it costs more money than Galaxy S8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy S8. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the Galaxy S8, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your money.
