Comparison review
The Galaxy A51 has a global score of 85.5, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy S8's overall score of 81.7. The Galaxy A51 is a just a little bit heavier phone than the Samsung Galaxy S8, but both of them have the same thickness. Galaxy S8 counts with a bit better looking screen than Galaxy A51, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2960 resolution and a better display density.
The Samsung Galaxy A51 counts with a much better storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy S8, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 512 GB and more internal storage capacity. The Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy A51 feature very similar processing units, both have a Octa-Core CPU and 4 GB of RAM.
Galaxy A51 features a superior camera than Galaxy S8, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not recommended for shooting photos and video in low-light situations, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Galaxy A51 also counts with a back-facing camera with way more mega-pixels and a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor taking way better quality videos and photos.
The Galaxy A51 has better battery lifetime than Galaxy S8, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
Although Galaxy A51 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy S8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy S8. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Galaxy S8, and give up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
