Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy A51 5G is much better than Samsung Galaxy S8, with a 90.8 score against 81.7. Even though the Samsung Galaxy A51 5G is newer than the Samsung Galaxy S8, it is just a bit thicker and heavier. Galaxy A51 5G and Galaxy S8 feature similar CPUs, and although the Galaxy A51 5G has 2 GB more RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
The Galaxy S8 has a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy A51 5G, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution and a greater display pixel density. The Galaxy A51 5G counts with a way bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S8, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 1000 GB and 128 GB internal storage.
Galaxy A51 5G has a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy S8, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for capturing images and/or video in low light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Galaxy A51 5G also counts with a camera in the back with way more megapixels and a lot larger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
The Galaxy A51 5G counts with a much longer battery life than Galaxy S8, because it has a 4500mAh battery size against 3000mAh.
Although Galaxy A51 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy S8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy S8. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy A51 5G, else you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy S8, letting go some specs and features.
