Comparison review
The Galaxy Fold is much better than the Samsung Galaxy S8, having a general score of 97.6 against 81.7. Although Galaxy Fold is way heavier than Samsung Galaxy S8, it's thinner and incredibly newer. Galaxy Fold features a bit better processor than Galaxy S8, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Fold also has more RAM.
The Galaxy S8 counts with a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a way greater pixels quantity per inch in the screen and a slightly higher resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels. Galaxy Fold shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Galaxy S8, and although they both have the same video resolution, a same resolution camera and the same back camera sensor size, the Galaxy Fold also has a larger diafragm aperture and better video frame rate.
The Galaxy Fold counts with a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy S8, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage. Samsung Galaxy Fold counts with a way better battery duration than Galaxy S8, because it has 4380mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
Although Galaxy Fold is a better device, it is way more expensive than Samsung Galaxy S8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy S8. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy Fold, otherwise you can save some money and get the Samsung Galaxy S8, resigning a couple features and specs.
