Comparison review
Galaxy S21 is much better than the Samsung Galaxy S8, getting a score of 91.8 against 81.7. The Galaxy S21 is a a little bit heavier device than the Samsung Galaxy S8, but they have the same thickness. Samsung Galaxy S21 has a bit sharper display than Galaxy S8, because although it has a much worse quantity of pixels in each inch in the screen and a much lower 1080 x 2400px resolution, it also counts with a quite larger display.
Samsung Galaxy S8 has just a bit more memory to install applications and games than Galaxy S21, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 256 GB. The Galaxy S21 counts with a bit faster CPU than Galaxy S8, and although they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy S21 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy S21 takes better pictures and videos than Galaxy S8, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not so good for shooting images and/or video in low light environments, and they both have a camera in the back with a 12 MP resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S21 also counts with a much bigger camera sensor providing a way better image quality and a much higher video definition.
Galaxy S21 has greater battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S8, because it has a 33 percent larger battery size.
Although Galaxy S21 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy S8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy S8. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy S21, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy S8, giving up some features and specs.
