The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is a bit better than the Galaxy S8, having a score of 88.3 against 81.7. The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 body is much newer than Galaxy S8's, but it's incredibly thicker and extremely heavier. The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 features a bit better processing power than Galaxy S8, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 also has a greater amount of RAM.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy S8, because although it has a way lower screen density and a lot worse resolution of 1080 x 2400px, it also counts with a bigger display. The Samsung Galaxy S8 counts with a slightly better storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Black Shark 4, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 256 GB.
Xiaomi Black Shark 4 shoots greater pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S8, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 also counts with better 60 fps video frame rate, a lot larger sensor which offers a lot better image and video quality and a much more mega-pixels camera in the back.

If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy Galaxy S8, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your budget.
