Comparison review
Galaxy S8 has a general score of 81.7, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 6's 76.5 global score. Galaxy S8's design is just a bit lighter but a little bit thicker than the Xiaomi Mi 6, and both of them were released with only a couple months difference. The Samsung Galaxy S8 features a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi 6, because it has a little larger display, a higher pixels density and a way higher 1440 x 2960px resolution.
Samsung Galaxy S8 has a little bit better memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 6, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD extension slot that admits up to 256 GB. The Xiaomi Mi 6 features just a bit better performance than Galaxy S8, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xiaomi Mi 6 also has a larger amount of RAM.
Xiaomi Mi 6 counts with just a little bit longer battery performance than Galaxy S8, because it has a 12 percent more battery capacity. The Samsung Galaxy S8 shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi 6, and although they both have the same video resolution, the same resolution back facing camera and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy S8 also has a larger back-facing camera sensor which offers a better image and video quality and a larger diafragm aperture for better photography and videos in low light environments.
In addition to being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, Galaxy S8 is also a bargain compared to the other ones, which makes it an easy decision.
