Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s has a global score of 83.8, which is just a bit better than Galaxy S8's global score of 81.7. Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s is a newer phone than the Galaxy S8, although it is a little bit thicker and somewhat heavier. Galaxy S8 features a little more vivid screen than Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels and more pixels per inch of display.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s features a little faster processor than Galaxy S8, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s also has a larger amount of RAM. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s has a camera that is very similar to the Galaxy S8 one, and although the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not good for shooting images and/or video in low-light environments, they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, a 12 MP back-facing camera, the same video resolution and a same size sensor.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s has a much greater storage for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S8, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 192 GB more internal memory. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s counts with just a bit better battery lifetime than Galaxy S8, because it has 3400mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
Although Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy S8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy S8. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Galaxy S8, letting go some features and specs.
