Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S8 has an overall score of 81.7, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro's 81.1 overall score. Even though Samsung Galaxy S8 is a lot older than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, it's body is incredibly lighter and thinner. The Galaxy S8 has a brighter screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better screen density and a better resolution of 1440 x 2960.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a little faster processor than Samsung Galaxy S8, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro captures a lot better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S8, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for shooting photos and/or video in low light situations, and they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also counts with a much bigger sensor shooting way better quality photos and videos and a camera with a way better 64 mega pixels resolution.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a bit bigger memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S8, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a SD memory slot that supports up to 512 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features a superior battery duration than Galaxy S8, because it has a 67% bigger battery size.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 is not only the best phones between the ones we are comparing, but it's also a bargain compared to the other phones, making it an obvious call.
