Comparison review
The iPhone X is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy S9, having an 88.1 score against 83.3. IPhone X's design is just a little bit heavier but just a little bit thinner than the Samsung Galaxy S9, and both were only released 4 months apart. IPhone X has a screen that's very similar to Samsung Galaxy S9's display, and although the iPhone X has a little lower display pixel density and a way lower 1125 x 2436px resolution, they both have a screen with the same size.
IPhone X has a quite bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S9, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity. IPhone X features a bit better processing unit than Galaxy S9, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and a lower number of slower cores, it also counts with a 64 bits processor.
The Samsung Galaxy S9 has a bit better battery lifetime than Apple iPhone X, because it has a 3000mAh battery size. The Galaxy S9 shoots a little bit better photos and videos than iPhone X, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the same 60 fps video frame rates and a 12 megapixels resolution back facing camera, the Galaxy S9 also has a bigger sensor providing a better image quality and a larger camera aperture.
Although iPhone X is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy S9, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy S9. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get Samsung Galaxy S9, and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
