Samsung Galaxy S9 is slightly better than the Huawei Nova 9, with a overall score of 83.3 against 81. Although Samsung Galaxy S9 is noticeably older and just a little thicker than Huawei Nova 9, it's design is still just a little lighter. The Galaxy S9 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Huawei Nova 9, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
The Galaxy S9 features a much better display than Huawei Nova 9, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per display inch and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2960px. Galaxy S9 counts with more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei Nova 9, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 400 GB.
Huawei Nova 9 counts with a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy S9, because although it has a way smaller aperture and lower 30 frames per second video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Huawei Nova 9 also counts with a back facing camera with lot more megapixels.
