Comparison review
Motorola edge has an overall score of 89.6, which is a little bit better than Galaxy S9's overall score of 83.3. The Motorola edge is a a lot newer cellphone than Galaxy S9, although it's somewhat heavier and thicker. Samsung Galaxy S9 has a bit superior CPU than Motorola edge, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
Samsung Galaxy S9 counts with a better screen than Motorola edge, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2960 and a better pixels quantity in each screen inch. Motorola edge has a very superior storage for apps and games than Galaxy S9, because it has a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 1000 GB and 192 GB more internal memory.
Motorola edge counts with a much better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S9, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity. Motorola edge counts with a better camera than Galaxy S9, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for taking photos and/or video in low light environments and slower video frame rates, and they both have the same video definition, the Motorola edge also counts with a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor which gives a much higher photo and video quality and a camera with a way better resolution.
Although Motorola edge is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy S9, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy S9. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Motorola edge, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy S9, letting go some specifications.
