Motorola razr (2020) is a bit better than Galaxy S9, with a score of 87 against 83.3. Motorola razr (2020)'s construction is newer and just a little thinner than Galaxy S9's, although it's also heavier. Galaxy S9 has just a little better performance than Motorola razr (2020), although it has 4 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
The Samsung Galaxy S9 has a more vivid screen than Motorola razr (2020), because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better display density and a lot higher 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution. The Motorola razr (2020) features more storage to install games and applications than Galaxy S9, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
The Motorola razr (2020) counts with a superior camera than Galaxy S9, because although it has lower 30 fps video frame rates and a smaller aperture which is not so good for capturing photographs and videos in low-light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Motorola razr (2020) also counts with a camera with way more megapixels and a much larger camera sensor shooting lot higher quality videos and photos.
The Galaxy S9 counts with just a little better battery duration than Motorola razr (2020), because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Motorola razr (2020) is a better device, it is way more expensive than Samsung Galaxy S9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy S9. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the Samsung Galaxy S9, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
