Comparison review

Galaxy A71 is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy S9, getting a score of 87.5 against 83.3. The Galaxy A71 construction is newer and a little thinner than Samsung Galaxy S9's, although it's also just a little bit heavier. Galaxy S9 has a little bit better performance than Galaxy A71, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores.

Galaxy S9 counts with a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy A71, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels and a better screen density. The Galaxy A71 features a much greater memory for games and applications than Galaxy S9, because it has 64 GB more internal memory capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 512 GB.

Galaxy A71 captures better videos and photos than Galaxy S9, because although it has lower 30 fps video frame rates and a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for low-light captures, and they both have the same video quality, the Galaxy A71 also counts with a lot more megapixels back facing camera and a way larger camera sensor which provides a way higher image and video quality.

Galaxy A71 has a way better battery life than Galaxy S9, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.

Although Galaxy A71 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy S9, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy S9. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy A71, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy S9, giving up some features and specs.
