Samsung Galaxy S9 has a score of 83.3, which is a bit better than Galaxy M20's 78.9 score. Samsung Galaxy S9's body is just a little thinner and somewhat lighter than the Galaxy M20, even though it was released just 11 months before. Galaxy S9 features just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy M20. They have the same number of cores and 4 GB of RAM.
Samsung Galaxy S9 features a more vivid screen than Galaxy M20, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per inch of display and a better resolution of 1440 x 2960. Galaxy M20 has just a bit bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S9, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy M20 also has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
The Galaxy S9 has a much better camera than Galaxy M20, because although it has a camera in the back with a lower resolution, it also counts with a much bigger diafragm aperture to take better low light captures, a bigger sensor capturing better quality photos and videos and a lot higher 3840x2160 video resolution.
Galaxy M20 has a superior battery duration than Galaxy S9, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
