The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than Galaxy S9, with a 98 score against 83.3. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a newer phone than Galaxy S9, but it is a little thicker and heavier. The Samsung Galaxy S9 has a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a quite lower 1440 x 2960px resolution and a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a quite higher quantity of pixels per display inch.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a much bigger storage for applications and games than Galaxy S9, because it has a SD card slot that allows up to 1000 GB and more internal storage. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a little faster CPU than Galaxy S9, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a greater amount of RAM memory.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a way better battery life than Galaxy S9, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity against 3000mAh. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G takes way better photographs and videos than Galaxy S9, because although it has a smaller aperture, it also counts with a much better 7680x4320 video definition, a lot larger sensor providing a lot higher image quality and a lot more MP camera.

Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Samsung Galaxy S9, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy S9. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, else you can save some money and buy the Samsung Galaxy S9, letting go a couple specifications.
