Comparison review
Galaxy S9 has an overall score of 83.3, which is slightly better than the Galaxy S7 Active's overall score of 75.8. Galaxy S9 is a newer cellphone, and it is also thinner and somewhat lighter than the Galaxy S7 Active. Samsung Galaxy S7 Active counts with a slightly better looking display than Galaxy S9, because although it has a little smaller display and a bit worse 1440 x 2560 resolution, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch of display.
The Galaxy S9 counts with a bit better processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Galaxy S9 also has a greater number of cores (and they are faster). Samsung Galaxy S9 captures a little bit better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and a back camera with a 12 MP resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S9 also has higher 60 frames per second video frame rate and a larger camera aperture for better low-light photography and videos.
The Samsung Galaxy S9 has a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S7 Active, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 400 GB and more internal storage. Samsung Galaxy S7 Active counts with better battery life than Samsung Galaxy S9, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
Despite of being the best phone in our comparison, the Samsung Galaxy S9 is also by far the cheapest one.
