Comparison review
The Galaxy S9 has a score of 83.3, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2's overall score of 81.2. Even though the Galaxy S9 and the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 were released with only 5 months difference, the Galaxy S9 design is a bit thicker but lighter. The Samsung Galaxy S9 features a slightly better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better display density and a better resolution of 1440 x 2960px.
Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 features a bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy S9, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity. The Samsung Galaxy S9 features a bit superior CPU than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 8 processing cores.
Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 features just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S9, because it has a 13% bigger battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy S9 has just a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, and although they both have the same video resolution and a camera with a 12 megapixels resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S9 also has a lot larger diafragm aperture to take better low-light photos and videos, faster video frame rate and a larger sensor capturing better quality videos and photos.
