Comparison review
The Galaxy S9 is just a bit better than Xiaomi Poco M3, getting an 83.3 score against 78.2. Galaxy S9's design is thinner and lighter than the Xiaomi Poco M3, despite of the fact that it was released 3 years before. The Galaxy S9 features a sharper screen than Xiaomi Poco M3, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2960 resolution and more pixels per display inch.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 counts with slightly more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S9, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy S9 features a little bit better processing power than Xiaomi Poco M3. Both have the same RAM memory amount and a Octa-Core CPU.
Xiaomi Poco M3 has a much better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S9, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh. The Xiaomi Poco M3 has a little bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S9, because although it has worse 30 fps video frame rate and a tinier camera aperture which is worse for low-light photography and videos, and they both have the same video quality, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also counts with a way higher 48 megapixels resolution back facing camera and a much larger camera sensor.
Samsung Galaxy S9 costs a bit more money than Xiaomi Poco M3, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
