Comparison review
The Galaxy S9 has a general score of 83.3, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's score of 76.6. Galaxy S9 is an much older cellphone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, but Samsung managed to make it a bit thinner and lighter anyway. Galaxy S9 counts with a better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2960 and a higher pixel density.
The Galaxy S9 counts with a greater storage to install applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory, the Galaxy S9 also has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 400 GB. Galaxy S9 counts with a bit better processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S9 also has more RAM.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 captures a bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S9, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for capturing pictures and videos in low light situations and worse video frame rates, and they both have the same video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also counts with a back camera with a lot higher resolution and a way bigger back-facing camera sensor which provides a lot higher photo and video quality.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 counts with a very superior battery life than Galaxy S9, because it has a 67 percent larger battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy S9 not only is the best phones of the ones we are comparing here, but it's also very cheap compared to the other ones, making this phone an obvious call.
