Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S9 is slightly better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, getting a global score of 83.3 against 79. Samsung Galaxy S9 is an incredibly older cellphone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, but Samsung managed to build it way lighter and just a little thinner. Samsung Galaxy S9 counts with a sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels and a greater pixels density.
Samsung Galaxy S9 features a little better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S. They have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S counts with a slightly bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S9, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also has a SD memory slot that supports up to 512 GB.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a really longer battery duration than Galaxy S9, because it has a 67 percent more battery capacity. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S shoots better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S9, because although it has slower video frame rate and a tinier aperture, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also counts with a much larger back camera sensor providing a much better image quality and a back facing camera with much more mega pixels.
Despite of being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, the Galaxy S9 is also a bargain compared to the other phones.
