The Sony Xperia Ion has a global score of 61.3, which is a bit better than the Galaxy SL's 55.8 score. Both devices we compare here include Android OS, but Sony Xperia Ion has newer 4.1.2 version while Galaxy SL has Android 2.2 version, so it gives lots of additional features and performance enhancements. Sony Xperia Ion's body has the same thickness than the Galaxy SL, but it's a little bit heavier.

Xperia Ion features a bit superior CPU than Galaxy SL, because it has a higher amount of RAM memory and a larger number of cores.
