The LG K8 (2018) has a global score of 63.1, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy W's 57.8 general score. Both devices in this review use Android operating system, but LG K8 (2018) has a newer 7.1 Nougat version while Samsung Galaxy W has Android 2.3, providing a lot of extra features. Although LG K8 (2018) is noticeably heavier than the Samsung Galaxy W, it's extremely thinner and also way newer.
Galaxy W features a little more vivid display than LG K8 (2018), although it has a bit worse display pixels density, a much lower 800 x 480 pixels resolution and a lot smaller display. LG K8 (2018) has a bit better performance than Galaxy W, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory and a higher number of 1400 megahertz cores.
The LG K8 (2018) features a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy W, and although they both have an external memory card slot that supports up to 32 GB, the LG K8 (2018) also has 16 GB internal storage. The LG K8 (2018) captures much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy W, because it has a way better (Full HD) video quality and a much more MP back-facing camera.
The LG K8 (2018) has a superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy W, because it has 2500mAh of battery capacity instead of 1500mAh.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we compare here, LG K8 (2018) is also the cheapest one.
