The Huawei Ascend P1 is a little bit better than the Galaxy Watch 3 (45mm), with a general score of 56.9 against 51.8. The Huawei Ascend P1 counts with Android 4.0.3 OS, and Galaxy Watch 3 (45mm) counts with Tizen OS.
