The Xperia E1 is slightly better than Galaxy Watch Ultra, with a 54.4 score against 49.5. The Xperia E1 is a heavier but a little thinner phone than the Galaxy Watch Ultra. Xperia E1 comes with Android 4.4 OS, while Galaxy Watch Ultra comes with Wear OS OS. The Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra and the Xperia E1 count with really similar screens, because although the Xperia E1 has a much worse number of pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and a much bigger display.

The Xperia E1 features a much better performance than Galaxy Watch Ultra, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a graphics processing unit and a larger number of cores. The Xperia E1 counts with a very superior camera than Galaxy Watch Ultra.
