The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is way better than Galaxy Xcover 4S, getting a score of 98.9 against 73.8. These devices use Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has the newer 13 version and Galaxy Xcover 4S has Android 10 version, so it provides you some nice extra features.
