Galaxy Z Flip 3 has a general score of 85.6, which is much better than Galaxy Xcover 4S's 73.8 overall score. The Galaxy Z Flip 3 construction is incredibly newer and noticeably thinner than Galaxy Xcover 4S's, but it's just a little heavier. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but the Galaxy Z Flip 3 has the newer 11 version while Galaxy Xcover 4S has Android 10 version, counting with a couple additional features and better performance.
