Xperia XZ Premium has a global score of 79.8, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Xcover 4S's 73.8 overall score. Although the Xperia XZ Premium is way older and a little heavier than the Galaxy Xcover 4S, it's construction is still somewhat thinner. Sony Xperia XZ Premium counts with a lot better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4S, because it has a much better 2160 x 3840 resolution, a little bit bigger screen and a much higher screen density.
Sony Xperia XZ Premium features a little bit more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Xcover 4S, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows 256 GB smaller, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory. The Xperia XZ Premium has just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4S, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia XZ Premium also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Xperia XZ Premium counts with a much better camera than Galaxy Xcover 4S, because although it has a tinier aperture, it also counts with a lot better (4K) video quality and a higher 19 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera.
