The Asus ROG Phone 8 is a bit better than Galaxy XCover 5, having a overall score of 79.5 against 78.1. Asus ROG Phone 8's construction is way newer and just a little bit thinner than the Galaxy XCover 5's, but it's also incredibly heavier. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Asus ROG Phone 8 has a newer 14 version while Galaxy XCover 5 has Android 11 version, providing you some nice extra features and some performance improvements.
Galaxy XCover 5 has a way better performance than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
