Samsung Galaxy XCover 5 is just a bit better than the LG G3, getting a general score of 78.1 against 76.4. Samsung Galaxy XCover 5's construction is noticeably newer than LG G3's, although it is just a bit thicker and somewhat heavier. These phones use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy XCover 5 has newer 11 version and LG G3 has Android 5.0, so it offers some extra features.
The LG G3 counts with a bit better CPU than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, because although it has a lower number of cores and less RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics processor. LG G3 counts with an incredibly better screen than Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a way better number of pixels per inch of screen, a little bit bigger screen and a lot higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
The Galaxy XCover 5 features much more memory for apps and games than LG G3, because it has 64 GB internal storage and a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB. The LG G3 captures a bit better videos and photos than Galaxy XCover 5, because although it has a worse 13 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera and a much smaller aperture which is not good for low light photos and videos, it also counts with a way better video definition.
LG G3 counts with a battery duration that is very similar to the battery duration in Samsung Galaxy XCover 5.
