Samsung Galaxy S6 is much better than Galaxy XCover 5, with a overall score of 87.4 against 78.1. These phones come with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S6 has 5.0 version and Galaxy XCover 5 has Android 11 version. Samsung Galaxy S6's design is incredibly thinner and lighter than Galaxy XCover 5, despite of the fact that it was released 6 years before.
Samsung Galaxy S6 features a greater processing power than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, because although it has 1 GB less RAM, and they both have 8 cores, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also counts with a 64 bits CPU and an additional graphics co-processor. The Samsung Galaxy S6 features a much sharper display than Galaxy XCover 5, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a way better resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a lot greater screen pixel density.
The Galaxy XCover 5 has a way bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB. The Samsung Galaxy S6 features a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for low-light photography and video, and they both have a same resolution camera in the back, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also counts with a much higher (4K) video quality.
