Comparison review
The Sony Xperia XZ Premium has a general score of 79.8, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy XCover 5's general score of 78.1. The Sony Xperia XZ Premium is a much older and just a little bit heavier cellphone than the Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, but Sony made it somewhat thinner anyway.
The Xperia XZ Premium has a little bit better performance than Galaxy XCover 5. Both of them have 8 cpu cores and 4 GB of RAM memory. Xperia XZ Premium counts with a much sharper screen than Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a little larger display, a much better 2160 x 3840 resolution and a way greater quantity of pixels per display inch.
The Samsung Galaxy XCover 5 has a very superior storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy XCover 5 also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 1 TB. The Xperia XZ Premium captures better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low-light images and video, it also counts with a more MP back facing camera and a lot higher (4K) video definition.
The Sony Xperia XZ Premium counts with just a bit better battery life than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a 3230mAh battery size against 3000mAh.
